As we head into 2026, we wanted to kick things off by sharing some of the moments, milestones, and momentum that defined 2025.

From record attendance at AUC25 to exciting new client launches and more than 27 new products rolling out, it was a year of big moves for the Atrium community.

Whether you caught every update or are just getting started with us, this newsletter is your go-to for what’s happening, what’s next, and how campuses everywhere are reimagining the user and admin experience.

Let’s dive in!

Expanding AtriumCare to Support a Growing Community

AtriumCare is at the heart of our brand promise to provide exceptional campus experiences for users and admins.  AtriumCare provides 24/7/365 personal care from our team of former campus card/dining administrators who understand campus life first-hand. In 2025, 3 of our 16 new hires joined AtriumCare, and in 2026 we’re recruiting 2 additional AtriumCare Managers to support our growing client community.

New Connect with New Photo Upload Pro and New Meal Plan Portal

New Connect is the next generation of Atrium Connect, providing the foundation for a range of new capabilities, including New Photo Upload Pro (powered by CloudCard) and the new Meal Plan Portal. It features a modern interface, with all administrative functions unified in Atrium Admin.

New Atrium Connect is being rolled out through six releases. Release 3 is available now and supports clients who do not use NFC mobile credentials and/or the Meal Plan Portal. Releases 4–6 will introduce support for these capabilities and are planned for late 2026/early 2027.

Look for an email from the AtriumCare team with more information.  We will be providing more detailed information on New Connect, New Photo Upload Pro and New Meal Plan Portal soon.

2025: A Year of Record-Breaking Momentum

We achieved record-breaking sales, driven by new institutions selecting Atrium to deliver exceptional campus experiences, elevate physical security, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities. We also started the roll-out of more than 27 new products which will continue into 2026 ranging from New Atrium Connect and New Atrium Photo Upload Pro (powered by CloudCard) to mobile and biometric credential enhancements, AI-powered tools for users and admins, expanded partner connections, and more.  And Atrium User Conference 2025 (AUC25) set new records across the board.
